**Terms & Conditions**

1. **Payment:** 85% advance (non-refundable) at the time of order, and the remaining 15% before dispatch.

2. **Prices:** GST, packing, transportation, and installation charges are extra unless otherwise specified.

3. **Risk & Responsibility:** Once goods are dispatched, all transit risks are the buyer’s responsibility. Buyer must arrange for unloading at the delivery location.

4. **Warranty:** No warranty will be provided without an official warranaty card from the Manufacturer. Products without a warranty card are sold strictly “as is” (i.e without warranty). For branded items with warranty cards from the manufacturer (brand), customers must contact the brand’s authorized service center directly. We only sell machines or products . We never handle warranty claim.**Warranty is void if the product is mishandled, modified, damaged due to improper use, or repaired by unauthorized persons.**

5. **Returns & Exchanges:** Strictly **no returns or exchanges** once goods are sold. As a trader we never give extra warranty from  our side.

6. **Jurisdiction:** All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Jagatsinghpur, Odisha courts only.
